The Knox Office: Lesser-known Oscar nominees

ICYMI I reopened The Knox Office on Friday — that’s my column on CBC Information Morning with Portia Clark. Portia and I did a brief overview of some of the Academy Award nomination hubbub from the past couple of weeks before I talked about some of the nominees I’d only recently caught up with, ones that were either unexpected or less heralded.

I reviewed To Kill A Tiger, Nimona, and El Conde.

If you’d like to give it a listen, here’s the clip!.

And check back on the blog in the weeks to come — until the Oscars ceremony on March 10 I’ll be catching up with more of the nominated movies and reviewing them here.
