Happy Friday! Okay, this week it’s very obvious, so I’m just going to address it. Yes, I send my husband off to work in a hospital with pink, tea-cup shaped silicone muffin baking cups. This is for two reasons, 1) it’s fancy (haha), and 2) they were the ONLY ones I could find! Seriously, Walmart, Michaels AND Target, I am disappointed. I think they’re adorable, and the handle is occasionally useful. And without further ado, here’s your Lunch of the Week!
