Hello Delaware Return to the Stage in 2018

It’s been a few months since we last saw Dana Beeler and co. on a stage in Halifax and what better way to break the doldrums of winter, than to catch Hello Delaware live at The Seahorse on Friday, March 16th.

Hello Delaware has quietly become one of the do not miss acts here in Halifax.  2017 saw this group evolve into a crunchy, gritty rock band, more along the lines of classic rock groups like Heart and Joan Jett.  The addition of Floodland members, Aaron Green, Tori Cameron and Eamonn Slattery have really allowed these songs to breed a new life of their own.

Official Press Release

Fresh from short break over the holidays Hello Delaware are back and ready to play Halifax for the first time in 2018. Jumping on The Seahorse stage Friday March 16th with Natalie Lynn and Calm Baretta (PEI) Hello Delaware are a force to reckon with.

With syrupy sweet, yet gritty vocals; Edgy, danceable melodies and lyrics everyone can get behind this band is ready to show the city what they’ve been working on.

With a new album in the works and both a Canadian & European tour coming up Hello Delaware will take your saddest break-up and make it worth it. The Halifax band sounds like a Jenny Lewis who grew up in small-town Canada—less Hollywood, more trees—but emerged just as heartbroken, and as insightful about it. It’s indie rock with shades of *Red*-era Taylor Swift and the elemental pop of Gwen Stefani.

Get ready for a The band recently won Winner New Artist Recording of the Year at Nova Scotia Music in 2017.

Tickets are $7 in advance and $10 at the door.

You can purchase tickets here and follow along with Hello Delaware over here.
