How To Cook Spaghetti Squash in the Crockpot

Where would I be without my Crockpot? The crossroads between Sad-ville and Hungry-town, that’s where! Mr. Nomato and I are trying to eat healthier, and part of that is cutting down the carbs, and the calories.

Spaghetti squash is a fantastic alternative to regular spaghetti, with only a fraction of the carbs. Now, I know people say you can’t tell the difference, but you can. Honestly. It does taste different. It tastes like delicious spaghetti squash. And if the taste is an issue with you or your loved ones, you’re just going to smother it in sauce anyway!

We’ve tried it with my Fettuccine Alfredo Sauce and Seafood Pasta, and both were DELICIOUS. Pesto would be really good too…. hmmm…
