Completely indulgent peanut butter pie, and as if you could make it even more delicious, we're going to top it with sea salt and dark chocolate ganache.

Peanut Butter Pie:

Chocolate Cookie Crust
(OR 2 pre-made Oreo or graham cracker crusts)

(1 pkg.) light cream cheese

peanut butter

granulated sugar

vanilla

. Cool Whip or other brand whipped topping

Chocolate and Sea Salt Ganache:

. block Baker’s Dark Chocolate

heavy cream

sea salt

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

Add peanut butter and vanilla and mix until crumbly.

Fold in Cool Whip until smooth and uniform.

Spoon into pie crusts, leaving at least a ¼ inch at the top.

In a pot or double boiler on the stove, melt chocolate at a low temperature until smooth.

Add cream and stir or whisk until smooth.

Spoon ganache into your pie crusts on top of the peanut butter mixture, smoothing it out and covering the entire surface. Sprinkle the sea salt over top.

Refrigerate for 4 hours.
