Quick and easy, thick salad dressing made with greek yogurt, chives and dill.
Servings: 1 1/4 cup salad dressing

Plain Greek Yogurt

cup
chopped fresh chives

tbsp
chopped fresh dill

1/2
tbsp
tahini
(or 1 tbsp peanut or almond butter - this will effect the taste)

tbsp
olive oil

tbsp
lime juice

OPTIONAL: 1/4 cup milk
(to thin it out - I prefer it thick!)

In a bowl, mix Greek Yogurt, chives, dill, tahini, olive oil and lime juice with a spoon.

If you desire a thinner dressing, add milk.

Serve over your favourite salad!
