Cleveland Beach – Hubbards, NS

Cleveland Beach and provincial park is a nice stretch of beach in Hubbards, Nova Scotia. It is the sister beach to Queensland, one of the most popular (or at least most frequented) beach in the province.

It is on Nova Scotia’s South Shore, just a 40 minute drive from Halifax. There is ample parking and a small picnic area. There is no running water on-site but there are two outhouses/change houses.

This is an unsupervised beach. Like a few beaches in the province the area is rocky over the winter months but come summer the ocean replaces those pebbles with soft sand. There is also a freshwater lake on-site.
