6. Picture Perfect Tour:
This gift idea has also been tested in my house. We gave my dad a certificate for the Historic Halifax tour from Picture Perfect Tours two years ago. Not only did he learn a number of new photography tricks, he learned a lot about historic Halifax, too. He’s still talking about it, so next time I give this gift I’m getting one for myself at the same time. Gift certificates are available in any amount and can be ordered with the click of a button.
7. Die-Cut Dog and Cat calendars:
Calendars are one of those somewhat mandatory gifts in my house, rarely one I get excited about, but I’m already pumped about getting and giving these die-cut dog and cat calendars from Design Corner. They’re handmade in Nova Scotia and come in a ton of different designs, not just for those like me who are obsessed with animal friends. As you tuck the current month in behind, the scene changes at the top. Your calendar will never look the same during the whole year!
