Grimross Brewery – Fredericton, NB

Grimross Brewing Company is a small brewery in Fredericton, NB. Brewer Stephen Dixon`s beer are inspired by the brewers of Belgium and Northern France. Stephen runs the brewery along with his wife. A love of brewing and introducing friends and family to good beer inspired them to open Grimross . The brewery opened on Canada Day (July 1) 2013. They have been struggling to keep up with demand ever since.

Grimross uses Belgian strains of yeast in their beer. They strive to make their products approachable and unique and to use local ingredients when possible. The name comes from Grimross Island on the Saint John River. Stephen says he chose the name because it was one of his favourite places to gather with friends and have a beer.
