Hart and Thistle closed on February 19, 2014.
Hart and Thistle is one of our favourite spots to have a beer and people watch on the Halifax waterfront in the summer. Like Rock Bottom Brew Pub, the beer at Hart and Thistle is brewed on-site by Greg Nash. While we especially love Hart and Thistle in the summer, it is a great spot year-round, especially with Nash behind the wheel creating two seasonally appropriate beer on tap at a time.

We Recommend: Keeping an eye on their Facebook page – it is a great spot to keep up-to-date with new beer (and favourite beer that are almost gone!)
