Enjoy a taste of Greece with these marinated Mediterranean Chicken Kebabs! Marinated in yogurt and mixed spices overnight and grilled to perfection, they're juicy, tender, and incredibly flavourful.

  • 4 chicken breasts (or 12 chicken thighs) cubed
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp garlic
  • 1/2 Tbsp onion powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp cumin
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • dash salt
  • dash pepper
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  1. Place the cubed chicken in a ziplock bag.

  2. Mix the yogurt and spices and dump the mixture on top of the cubed chicken in the bag. Add the lemon juice.

  3. Seal and smoosh until the chicken is completely covered.

  4. Marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight. 

  5. Place the chicken on the skewers, and grill over medium heat, flipping once after about 3 minutes to make sure all sides are grilled. Make sure that the chicken is completely cooked through before you serve (5-7 minutes).
