Set water to boil for pasta.

Add olive oil and garlic to pan, and set on medium heat. Cook for ~ 1 minute, do not let garlic brown.

Add shrimp, oregano, rosemary, thyme and broth to pan. Stir until fully coated and mixed. Raise temperature to medium-high heat until simmering, and let cook 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until liquid is gone.

Add pasta to boiling water, and let cook according to instructions on package.

Once liquid is absorbed in seafood mixture, stir frequently to prevent sticking, scraping up any residue left on the pan.

Strain pasta, and top with seafood mixture. If necessary, add olive oil.

Top with parmesan cheese and serve with garlic bread and/or salad of your choice.
