A decadent, nutrient packed chocolate and raspberry smoothie bowl

(can be ½ scoop if necessary)

large avocado

cocoa powder

baby spinach
, loosely packed

unsweetened almond milk
(OR milk, soy milk, rice milk, coconut milk, etc.)

Suggested Toppings: frozen or fresh raspberries
, strawberries, blueberries, coconut flakes, granola or muesli, rolled oats, chia or flax seeds, dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips, a drizzle of honey or agave nectar.

Add raspberries, protein powder, avocado, cocoa powder and spinach into the blender.

Pour milk over top.

Blend until smooth, should be very thick and creamy

Pour smoothie into a bowl and top with desired toppings!
