This sandwich is a twist on the traditional BLT, replacing tomatoes with crunchy cucumber and smooth avocado.

(homemade – recipe coming soon, Americans use Hellman’s Original Mayo, Canadians use Follow Your Heart Original Vegenaise for nightshade free)

of green onion
, or to taste, sliced

cucumber

strips cooked
, crispy bacon (Americans, Oscar-Meyer Hardwood Smoked are NSF.)

large leaves lettuce
, washed and dried (especially if transporting)

avocado
, thinly sliced

OPTIONAL: ½ Lemon Garlic marinade Chicken breast
, thinly sliced

Cut bagel in half, and toast if you prefer.

Spread mayonnaise across both halves of the bagel

Layer chopped green onions, sliced cucumber, crispy bacon, lettuce, avocado and chicken breast on the bottom half of the bagel.

Cover with the other half of the bagel! Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
For slightly healthier option, use a thin bagel, or toasted sandwich bread.
