(1.8 oz) smoked salmon

cream cheese

capers

stalk green onion
(or to taste)

slices
freshly baked bread to make two sandwiches.

Assemble your sandwich with cream cheese first, then dill, smoked salmon, avocado, capers and green onion. If desired, secure with toothpicks!

In a frying pan or on a toaster oven with a tray, heat at a low temperature until lightly brown on both sides. Flip if necessary (be careful!)
