Smoked Salmon Sandwich
A sandwich packed with (mostly) healthy fats and toasted to perfection!

Servings: 2 sandwiches

  • 50 g (1.8 oz) smoked salmon
  • 2 Tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 sprigs dill
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tsp capers
  • 1 stalk green onion (or to taste)
  • 4 slices freshly baked bread to make two sandwiches.
  1. Assemble your sandwich with cream cheese first, then dill, smoked salmon, avocado, capers and green onion. If desired, secure with toothpicks!
  2. In a frying pan or on a toaster oven with a tray, heat at a low temperature until lightly brown on both sides. Flip if necessary (be careful!)
  3. Serve!
