Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie
This Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie is the perfect way to start your day, with healthy grains, protein, and a kick of fruit!

  • 1/2 cup raw rolled oats
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds or flax seeds
  • 1 banana
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups milk (soy/almond/cashew milk also work here!)
  1. Place the rolled oats and chia seeds in a blender. Blend for 20-30 seconds to break them up a bit.
  2. Break apart the banana, and place in the blender. Add the peanut butter and milk.
  3. Blend until smooth.
