This Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie is the perfect way to start your day, with healthy grains, protein, and a kick of fruit!
Servings: 2 cups
raw rolled oats
chia seeds or flax seeds
(soy/almond/cashew milk also work here!)
Place the rolled oats and chia seeds in a blender. Blend for 20-30 seconds to break them up a bit.
Break apart the banana, and place in the blender. Add the peanut butter and milk.
Blend until smooth.
