The perfect ooey, gooey blondies with the perfect amount of Caramel and Chocolate!

granulated sugar

chopped chocolate bars! We love Skor bars
, they're perfect (but only available in Canada I think)! Crispy crunch also work well, or rollos!

Preheat oven to 350°

In a bowl, mix butter and sugar. Add the rest of the wet ingredients, and mix thoroughly.

Add your dry ingredients, and mix.

At the end, gently stir in your chopped chocolate bars.

It is a VERY thick batter (can you even call it that?), so spread it as evenly as you can on the bottom of a greased pan.

Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
