Garlic & Parmesan Scrambled Eggs + Mothers' Day Brunch Round Up!
These scrambled eggs come with a serious garlic kick.

Ingredients
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • dash salt
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp parmesan cheese (reggiano and asiago are also delicious)
  • 1 green onion , chopped
  • OPTIONAL: dash of milk
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, crack your eggs and whip them with a fork until they are uniform.
  2. In a smaller bowl, mix your garlic powder, pepper, salt and parmesan cheese. Add to the scrambled eggs and mix together. Add the green onion and mix again.
  3. In a pan on the stove, place a small amount of butter and heat on medium heat until melted.
  4. Add the egg mixture.
  5. Stir occasionally until cooked to desired consistency.
