These scrambled eggs come with a serious garlic kick.

garlic powder

black pepper

parmesan cheese
(reggiano and asiago are also delicious)

green onion

OPTIONAL: dash of milk

In a bowl, crack your eggs and whip them with a fork until they are uniform.

In a smaller bowl, mix your garlic powder, pepper, salt and parmesan cheese. Add to the scrambled eggs and mix together. Add the green onion and mix again.

In a pan on the stove, place a small amount of butter and heat on medium heat until melted.

Add the egg mixture.

Stir occasionally until cooked to desired consistency.
