You won't miss those peppers at all with this flavour packed, nightshade free version of traditional fajitas!

garlic powder

cumin

pepper

dash salt

canola oil

Recommended Toppings: Sour cream
, guacamole, black beans, lettuce, cheddar cheese

In a ziplock bag, mix flour, garlic powder, cumin, pepper and salt. Seal and shake until mixed thoroughly.

Add onion to bag and shake until onion is coated. Scoop out the onion (as much as you can)

Add chicken to bag and shake until chicken is completely coated.

Heat frying pan and add canola oil to the bottom. Once hot, add chicken and onion and fry until completely cooked through and coating is crispy.

Serve on a tortilla with toppings of your choice, or over salad.
