A fresh, summery smoothie bowl packed with tropical fruits to make you smile.

Servings: 1 bowl (~1 and 1/2 cups)

Ingredients
  • 3 rings pineapple
  • ½ banana
  • ½ avocado
  • ¼ cup watermelon , cubed
  • 1 cup baby spinach , loosely packed
  • 1 tbsp flaked coconut
  • ¾ cup coconut milk OR soy , almond or cow’s milk
  • Suggested Toppings: pineapple , kiwi, coconut flakes, banana, mango, homemade granola or meuseli, chia or flax seeds
Instructions
  1. Add pineapple, banana, avocado, watermelon, coconut and spinach to the blender.
  2. Pour milk over the top.
  3. Blend until smooth, should be very thick and creamy.
  4. Pour smoothie into a bowl and top with desired toppings!
