Mix Nutella with evaporated milk until smooth.

Pour Nutella mixture into pie crust and even it out until it covers the bottom.

Soften ice cream (10-15 seconds in the microwave, or leave on the counter for a few minutes), and layer on top of Nutella mixture in pie crust, level out the top.

Layer whipped cream on top

Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.

Once removed from freezer, it melts quickly, so serve immediately.
