Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cream margarine and sugar and they are light and fluffy.

Add the eggs and vanilla, and mix until completely combined. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, mix cocoa powder, flour, baking soda and salt.

Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing as you go. Make sure to scrape the sides of the bowl until everything is completely combined.

Stir in the chocolate chips.

Drop with a spoon onto UNGREASED cookie sheets, about 12 per sheet to give them space to spread out.

Bake for about 8-9 minutes for small cookies, 13-15 minutes for medium ones.
