Welcome to Lunch of the Week!
I hope you all had a wonderful week. Here’s what I sent with Mr. Nomato for lunch.
Snack:
Baby carrots with 2 Minute Hummus (after our Sabra fiasco, I only trust the stuff I make now!)
Lunch:
2 hard-boiled eggs, and Sweet Potato Dumplings (recipe coming soon!), with a little bit of arugula for fun.
Dessert:
Apple! Yum.
