Here’s your Lunch of the Week! The star this week is MANGO! I’m seeing all these wonderful posts from other bloggers living in the tropics, and darn it makes me miss the fresh mangoes!
The tiny Caribbean island where we lived only has one main road, and a TON of goats. I don’t think I can ever exaggerate how many goats there are! During mango season, they hang out in herds in the middle of the road, gorging themselves on the mangoes that have fallen and blatantly ignoring my tiny car horn. To be honest, the mangoes were so good that I probably would have done the same thing if I were a goat.

– Peach Mango Smoothie with spinach and Carrington Farms Flax Chia Blend, and Silk Vanilla Soy Milk
– Athena Cantaloupe and frozen mangoes!
