Happy Friday! I hope you had a wonderful week! The sun has been shining, the grass is green, and the birds are singing, and it feels like summer already.
Another question I would like to address is, why the smoothie? They are optional! Mr. Nomato often get a break for lunch, so the smoothie allows him to ingest something that has protein and other nutrients in it quickly and in ‘no food allowed’ lectures. Yesterday he was at the hospital for 10 hours with no breaks at all, and that’s what the smoothie is made for! I pack it in a thermos so it stays cold all day.

Celery with Sabra brand classic hummus
Nightshade Free Cobb-ish Salad:
Spinach (I always use spinach in place of lettuce in salads, gotta get that vitamin A!), bacon, roast chicken, 1 hardboiled egg, red cabbage, celery and avocado. After I took the picture I realized I forgot to put walnuts in, and those went on top.
Strawberry Banana Smoothie:
Frozen strawberries, banana, unsweetened almond milk, PB2, spinach (MOAR SPINACH)
