Hello there! I hope you’re all enjoying this gorgeous fall weather! I know I certainly am. Things have been a little crazy over here as we have moved (again), National Novel Writing Month has officially started, AND I’m starting a new job soon! Very exciting! Don’t worry, the blog will continue as normal, with recipes on Mondays and Thursdays and the Wednesday Showcase Link-Up on Tuesday nights. There are some reaaaally delicious recipes coming up that I just cannot WAIT to share with you! You may have noticed that the tagline for the blog has changed! I feel like “Fearless Cooking. Fearless Eating.” really encapsulates the spirit of I Say Nomato. A lot of my time is spent experimenting and trying new things in the kitchen – often with interesting results! Cooking, like most things, is about embracing your mistakes, learning from them, and moving on. You want to try something new? DO IT! Something weird? DO IT! Will it work out? Who knows? Have fun! And the fearless eating part is obvious, since it connects directly to the allergy-free mission of the blog.
