Night 3 of the TD Halifax Jazz Fest featured the Montreal-based headliner Men I Trust, who brought their dream-pop vibes east to treat the Halifax crowd.  There was a fervent buzz around town when the news broke that Emmanuelle Proulx and her band were tapped to perform as part of the TD Halifax Jazz Fest’s 40th Anniversary season. In addition to Men I Trust, the bill also featured Toronto-based singer-songwriter Luna Li, who dazzled with an ebullient set that truly set the tone for the night with a collection of tunes that sparkled on the mainstage.
