The always terrific pair of Christine Campbell and Blake Johnston opened up the Sommo mainstage early on Saturday afternoon. Having been fortunate enough to catch some scintillating performances from these talented musicians at a variety of different venues here in Halifax, it was an absolute treat to see Christine and Blake showcasing their fiery blues rock skills on the big stage. It was a fantastic way to kick off the festival on the mainstage. Until the next one!
