Early in April, Bologna Colorado put on a show that served as both an Album Release party as well as the kick-off to their tour, as they were about to head out onto the road and embark on an extensive Eastern Canada string of dates. Before they left, they rounded up their pals in Topless Models and Shadow Folk, and put on one hell of a going-away party. As always, Bologna Colorado front-man Cole Chalifoux was ever the whirling dervish on stage,  wielding his guitar as if it owed him something. There aren’t many others who have that same verve and unrelenting star power as Chalifoux, he is a magnetic force when he hits that stage. If you haven’t experienced Bologna, CO in person,  you need to get out and catch them again on May 25th back at the Seahorse supporting Walrus.
