A New 30 Day Facebook Song Challenge :: Day 14 :: The First Song You Bought

This is one of those moments that you remember vividly, as if it just occurred yesterday. I don’t remember the name of the record shop, but I still remember passing the arcade in Sunnyside mall with the Pac-Man images on the wall. My dad took me in and we proceeded to track down Killer on a Rampage by Eddy Grant. It was at the height of “Electric Avenue”, I still have an affinity for the entire album and have it on Vinyl, but I’m not sure of the current whereabouts of the cassette. If you dig reggae music infused with 80’s pop, then this is one for you. Check out “War Party” or “Don’t Wanna Dance”.
