Crash Karma, Crash Karma, E1 Entertainment

Bringing together former members of I Mother Earth (Edwin), The Tea Party (Jeff Burrows) and Our Lady Peace (Mike Turner); Crash Karma is another Canadian “Super-group” attempting to regain their former glory. When you stop to think about it, it’s beenover a decade that the aforementioned bands ruled Canadian rock radio, so it begs the question: is anyone going to care? Sadly the answer is a resounding no. Once the novelty wears off, there’s not much substance here beyond a generic radio rock album that tries too hard to be IME 3.0. After pressing stop, Crash Karma is quickly forgotten.
