Vote for LENS ME YOUR EARS in The Coast’s Best of Halifax Awards

Here’s a post that’s a mix of pleading and self-promotion — a sickening combination, I grant you.

My co-host Stephen Cooke and I have been hosting our film podcast, LENS ME YOUR EARS, for seven years. We’ve had a blast doing it, and haven’t sought out any particular recognition for our podcasting efforts.

But it occurred to me that if we were to win, or maybe even place, in The Coast’s Best of Halifax Awards, it might encourage more people to check us out.

So, if you’ve listened and enjoyed our audio project, please vote for us!

If the awards work like I remember (I used to work at the Coast some years ago), you need to vote in at least 20 categories for all your votes to register. So be sure to vote in that many categories, whomever you choose to recognize.

You can click here for the Music and Culture section, and here for the main voting page.

And if you’re inclined to start with voting for our little film podcast, LENS ME YOUR EARS, You can do so by clicking here.

You can vote until July 24th, 2022.

New episodes of LENS ME YOUR EARS drop every two weeks or so and are  available from quality podcast platforms like Apple and Spotify. Our 150th episode will soon be available!

Thank you!
