By applying to The Local Wishlist, the applicant (“the Licensor”) grants to Halifax Bloggers Media (“the Licensee”) a non-exclusive worldwide license in perpetuity for the use of any photographs that the Licensor now or hereinafter provides to the Licensee (the “Photographs”) and the responses to this questionnaire (Responses), for the Licensee’s commercial and non-commercial uses, including but not limited to inclusion in The Local Wishlist, on the Licensee’s blogs, social media accounts and media engagements, which use includes the right to quote the Responses verbatim, or to alter the Responses as the Licensee sees fit.

The Licensor hereby confirms that it is the sole owner of the Photographs and all copyright and moral rights therein, and that the Licensor has the right and authority to provide the licenses granted to the Licensee under this agreement. The Licensor agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Licensee, its partners, employees, agents and authorized representatives from and against any claim, loss, liability, and expense that may be asserted against or incurred by the Licensee in connection with a breach of this representation and warranty.
