Two years ago today, I married the love of my life, my very best friend and fellow traveller. Cliche, I know, but it doesn’t make it any less true. On June 2, 2012, Drew and I got married. It was an epic day filled with great people, local food, and local music (and it even had it’s own hashtag. You can read all about it here.
This weekend, Drew and I escaped to Fredericton to celebrate a little early. It was a truly excellent weekend and I can’t wait to share our adventures with you this week, but I had to start with this one.
We stumbled across Quilli’s Water Balls at Freddy Beach Rib Festival, the first rib fest in Atlantic Canada. Check out the video below, you’re going to want to add this to your summer bucket list.

Quilli’s Family Fun Factory is a new locally owned company in Keswick Ridge, about 20 minutes outside of Fredericton. They’ll be at events all across the maritime provinces, but I didn’t see an upcoming list of places you can try this on their site. I’ll update here if I can get that info.
