Sass Jordan beware, Ms. Etheridge is back with her first new studio release in three years. Lucky is hardly a re-invention of the wheel, as Etheridge is an artist who has built a career on playing it safe. When it comes to her career, she refuses to color outside the lines. Her brand of ultra-polished adult contemporary rock has changed very little, and unfortunately she has lost the relevance she may have possessed in the 1990’s. The only way anyone will get Lucky is if they still care she’s around. Just more of the same, ZZZ…..
